Ideal for school camps, church retreats, and group gatherings, the layout and shared spaces make it easy to stay organised, connected, and entertained.
Central Camp Accommodation
Comfortable, ensuited rooms including 4 suites with lounge areas that create the perfect setting for connection, rest, and a seamless camp experience. With over 70 rooms across the main site, your group can stay together with ease, making it simple to organise, connect, and make the most of your time away.Colonnades Accommodation
Spacious two-bedroom rooms connected by indoor corridors and shared lounge areas, designed for easy movement and connection in all conditions. Able to accommodate 100 guests across the Colonnades, your group stays comfortable and close together, enjoying a more contained, easy-to-manage space with its own dedicated facilities.Adventure Camping Experience
An immersive outdoor experience for groups of up to 80, with tent accommodation that builds independence, resilience, and connection through hands-on camp life. Our online group management portal makes planning even easier. Leaders can submit group details, manage dietary requirements, access important documents and stay on top of key planning steps in one convenient place. With a one-click dietary management system, it’s simple to support allergies, special needs and individual requirements with confidence.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our team of experienced camping specialists are fully trained and equipped to deliver programs that are both safe and enjoyable. All staff on site complete child safety training and hold current Working With Children Checks.
Our program team regularly undertake best-practice safety training, and our risk management and emergency procedures are reviewed and updated routinely. For full transparency, our risk management and emergency management documentation is available on our website.
CYC Phillip Island Adventure Resort features multiple accommodation precincts and typically hosts groups ranging from 40 to 600 guests at one time.
When availability allows, we may also be able to accommodate groups outside this range. We encourage you to get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
With five distinct accommodation areas, we are able to host up to five separate groups at the same time. Each group is allocated its own accommodation zone, activities & facilities to ensure a positive and uninterrupted experience.
In some cases, smaller groups may share dining spaces, however every group is provided with clearly defined and dedicated areas throughout their stay.
The cost of a stay varies depending on group size, program selection, length of stay, and time of year.

We make dietary management simple and reliable. Our MyCYC group planning portal allows guests to enter their dietary requirements directly into our system using a one-click process.
Our catering team uses this information to prepare suitable meals for each individual. On arrival, dietary details are confirmed with group leaders, and our checking systems ensure meals are safely managed throughout the camp.
